She designs and guides retreats, meetings, and workshops where people discover, affirm and engage their best. Realize vision, mission, and desired outcomes with greater effectiveness, satisfaction, and well-being.

In 1994 she founded Work Life Associates to improve the quality of communication and relationships in a changing workplace. For the next 15 years, she designed and facilitated programs, meetings, and workshops for executives, managers, supervisors, and employees in a variety of organizations including: Sisters of Charity, Employers Resource Association, NKU METS, Community Mental Health Center Inc., Neighborhood Health Care Inc., Xavier University, and Metropolitan Sewer District of Greater Cincinnati.
