Client Comments:
“Lisa has done a great job for the organization and is highly respected by the management staff. I have found her to be very effective in her ability to communicate information to our workforce and dedicated to ensuring all deliverables are provided in a timely manner. She is highly conscientious and pleasant to work with. She possesses a remarkable ability to take an abstract concept and develop it into a high quality program. The recipients of her training, our management staff, have consistently praised the quality of her programs. I highly recommend Lisa.” HR Director, Senior Living Facility

Lisa brings a profound sense of collaboration to her work life. She was extremely supportive in helping me plan several retreats for the church’ Mission Council. She listened to what I felt was important for us to hear and she made many suggestions on tools we could use to accomplish our task. She is constantly improving her proficiency and finding new tools to help in the process of developing skills that allowed us to encourage team building in an atmosphere of mutual respect and dignity. I really appreciated her ability to listen and facilitate our meetings. — Local Priest and Pastor

“Lisa brings to our workgroup a wide array of experiences that help us view ourselves in light of where we want to be. Our culture change initiative has challenged many of our assumptions and required us to view others in a positive manner. Lisa consistently reminds us that we can be better than we are simply by practicing healthy group process skills. Our teams want to be better and Lisa helps us train, coach, and coax them in their new skills.” — Christopher Hall, P.E., Assistant Superintendent

Recommendations For Lisa from LinkedIn “Lisa has served as my conflict coach for a while now. At first, I was apprehensive about using a conflict coach, but she quickly put those fears to rest. I look forward to our meetings as they have enabled me to realize so much about how I function as a leader. By recommending reading, tests and trainings, I have a far better comprehension about why I react the way I do, and I am able to control it better. Without her insight and help, I know I wouldn't be where I am today!”

“Lisa is the quintessential example of a business partner. Lisa is always willing to give of her time to help. She clearly is focused on serving the needs of her partners. I cannot think of a single request I have made that she was not completely willing to accommodate, even if it were a pro bono request. Her DiSC Dimensions of Behavior knowledge is very solid. She has always expertly answered our questions, focused us in the right direction and did a very nice job facilitating some internal team training to help us understand one another and work better as a unit. I recommend her highly.

“Lisa is a pleasure to work with. She is very knowledgeable and skilled at using assessment tools to build teamwork and resolve conflict. She takes her work seriously and has a passion for what she does.”
